The architecture takes its cues from the older buildings of Baroda, particularly their red brick and white moulding. Rather than replicate that language, the design reinterprets it in a contemporary form. Exposed brick piers frame glazing, bands echo the classical mouldings, and jaali screens add texture to the façades. A clock tower marks the corner, a quiet nod to the city's civic landmarks. The site is organised in two parts. The front block houses the high street shopping complex, with retail and dining at street level. The office spaces sit behind, giving the workplace a calmer setting away from the busy road.

Running through the centre is a pedestrian avenue, the spine of the space. Paved in a geometric pattern of stone and lined with planters and palms, it works as an open-air street where shoppers, diners and office-goers cross paths. Covered walkways along the edges give shade and shelter, so the space stays comfortable through the day.

Bridges link the two buildings at various levels, so the retail and workplace zones feel like one connected place.

The office floors are shaped with recessed terraces and balconies, bringing planting and open air into the upper levels. Landscaping at ground level, with hedges, trees and potted palms, softens the brick and stone and gives the complex a green edge along the road.

From the upper levels, the Maharaja's palace comes into view. It is a reminder of the history that shaped the project and a link between the complex and its setting.
