Concept: ART FOLLOWS FUNCTION

Creation of an “new” environment where the original functional arrangement of the spaces is retained, but are enhanced and transformed through the thoughtful intervention of art, sculpture, furniture, lighting and painting.

The wooden rafter portal at the driveway entrance amalgamates well with the security cabin. Perforated metal folded panels creates movement along the barrier wall. Parking panels laser cut with the silhouette of trees from a rust metal sheet help to demarcate parking spaces.
Lounge furniture, fabrics, rugs at entrance along with indoor plants connect well with the outside landscape; they are incorporated to blur inside and outside.
A black metal frame installation shaped like a house tells the story of Puravankara.
A sleek curved staircase finished in gold takes the customer to the show apartment from display arena. When one enters the show apartment, one sees the recessed slots and pattern on the ceiling that link the spaces. It is used cleverly to incorporate the downlights. Even the stone texture on the ceiling throughout the apartment connects and complements the contemporary furniture. Keeping these elements common to the rooms, each bedroom has a unique look created by varying the furniture, soft finishes and artwork.
